Israeli startup TailorMed is a financial navigation technology fintech company that helps patients and healthcare providers remove financial barriers to care. The firm held a $40 million financing round combining equity and debt led by Windham Capital Partners. The debt facility was led by Poalim-tech, part of Israel’s leading bank, Bank HaPoalim.

Founded in 2016, TailorMed boasts that it makes it easier for patients to secure financial resources by expanding access through telehealth. Patients can securely and privately engage financial navigators by phone or video, including during select off-business hours. Along with the capabilities of TailorMed’s platform, team members can serve and enroll more patients in financial resource programs.

Millions of Americans face the heartbreaking reality of being unable to afford the medications they need. This leads to delayed treatments, worsening health conditions, and even financial ruin. TailorMed is changing this by building a nationwide network that connects patients with the resources they need to access affordable medications. By simplifying the process and removing barriers, TailorMed is empowering patients to take control of their health and live their best lives.

By making medication more affordable and accessible, TailorMed is transforming the lives of patients. Through its robust network of healthcare providers, pharmacies, and life sciences partners, TailorMed is breaking down barriers and streamlining the medication process. This collaborative approach empowers healthcare professionals to provide better care, ensuring patients receive the right medication at the right time.

“In the past six years, we’ve built incredible momentum by empowering our network of leading health systems, pharmacies, and life science companies to drive affordability on a massive scale,” said Srulik Dvorsky, CEO and Co-Founder of TailorMed. “But we’re just getting started. This new funding will fuel our mission to break down even more barriers to care, creating a healthcare system where affordability is the standard, not the exception, and working with patients and care teams to alleviate whatever barrier that comes next. We’re excited to have the backing of Windham Capital Partners and other forward-thinking investors who share our vision of transforming access to care for millions.”
