It’s the end of the year time and everybody is coming out with their top ten lists. Forbes released its end-of-year lists of the wealthiest people in the US and we compiled the top ten richest American Jews.

Ten of the top 25 wealthiest people in America, according to Forbes, are Jews, or 40%.

Coming in at number three on the list of wealthiest Americans is the world’s richest Jew Larry Ellison, with an estimated net worth of $107 billion. The 78-year-old American entrepreneur made his fortune with the Oracle computer company he founded.

Larry Page, the co-founder of Google, came in at number five overall with an estimated net worth of $114 billion. He stepped down as CEO of Alphabet, the parent company of Google, in 2019 but remains a board member and a controlling shareholder.

At number seven overall on the list is another co-founder of Google, Sergey Brin. The 49-year-old was born into a Jewish family in Russia and is currently an American. His net worth is $110 billion. Sergey Brin stepped down as president of Alphabet, parent company of Google, in December 2019 but remains a board member and a controlling shareholder.

Mark Zuckerberg came in at number eight overall. The 38-year-old is worth an estimated $106 billion.

Microsoft co-founder Steve Ballmer, whose mother was Jewish, came in at number nine with about $101 billion in wealth.

Michael Bloomberg, the former three-term mayor of New York City, is number ten on Forbes’ list. The 81-year-old is worth an estimated $93.6 billion. He made his money in media & entertainment by co-founding the financial information and media company Bloomberg LP in 1981.

Computer company founder Michael Dell is 11th on the list of wealthiest Americans, with a net worth of $71.5 billion. He founded Dell Technologies.

Stephen Schwarzman came in at 23rd on the list with a net worth of $34.5 billion. Stephen Schwarzman founded private equity firm Blackstone with fellow billionaire Peter Peterson in 1985.

Miriam Adelson is the widow of Sheldon Adelson, the former CEO and chairman of casino company Las Vegas Sands, who died at 87 in 2021. At 77 years of age, she is worth an estimated $32.8 billion.

Ukrainian born Len Blavatnik, the founder of Access Industries, came in at 25 on the Forbes list with an estimated net worth of $30.7 billion.
