Donald Trump may very well be out of business after a New York court stripped his real estate empire of its license and also ordered its dissolution. Justice Arthur F. Engoron, in his ruling, said that the former President and Trump Organization execs including some of his own children were guilty of “persistent and repeated fraud.”

The judge’s ruling came even before the case brought against Donald Trump seeking $250 million in penalties for bank fraud has even begun.

“In defendants’ (Donald Trump and others) world: rent regulated apartments are worth the same as unregulated apartments; restricted land is worth the same as unrestricted land, restricts can evaporate into thin air,” wrote the judge in his ruling, “all illegal acts are untimely if they stem from one untimely act; and square footage [is] subjective.”

To no ones’ surprise, Donald Trump lashed out on social media with ad hominin attacks. He called the judge in his case “DERANGED” and New York Attorney General Letitia James “completely biased and corrupt.”

“The widespread attack against me, my family, and my supporters has devolved to new, un-American depths, at the hands of a DERANGED New York State Judge, doing the bidding of a completely biased and corrupt “Prosecutor,” Letitia James,” Donald Trump added.

However, it is Trump who is the one who sounds deranged with all of his unhinged posts on social media. Maybe this is why he can only use his own platform “Truth.”

Donald Trump actually did speak about the validity judge’s ruling saying it was, “a terrible reminder that the Radical Left Democrats will stop at nothing in trying to prevent me, and the American people, from winning the 2024 Presidential Election.”

“This is Democrat Political Lawfare, and a Witch Hunt at a level never seen before. It is an attempt to badly injure the opposing Party’s Leading, by far, Political Candidate,” he screeched.

And Donald Trump also whined that the judge undervalued his Florida estate/private club Maro-a-Lago at $18 millionth saying, “when in actuality, it could be worth almost 100 times that amount.”

He followed up with another post incorrectly asserting that violent crime in New York is at “record levels,” adding: “Can you imagine ruling against me for having done business perfectly, and yet letting people go on a rampage on the sidewalks of New York?”

Donald Trump will obviously appeal. But barring some sort of injunction pending an appeal, he will basically be broke. Trump will not have a business anymore and so he will have no real source of income. The former President might need to start selling off some of his properties to fund his continuing defenses in five different ongoing court cases, including criminal charges.
