The Flash” star Ezra Miller is celebrating the lifting of a temporary harassment order that had been imposed against him. The Greenfield District Court in Massachusetts vacated the order that was filed against Miller last summer by Shannon Guin on behalf of her then 12 year old child. Guin accused Ezra Miller of engaging in inappropriate behavior with her child, but a court hearing on Friday determined that there was no cause to bring charges in the matter.

Ezra Miller reacted positively to the news with a rare statement on Instagram saying, “I’m encouraged by today’s outcome and very grateful at this moment to everyone who has stood beside me and sought to ensure that this egregious misuse of the protective order system was halted.”

“I have been unjustly and directly targeted by an individual who the facts have shown has a history of such manipulative and destructive action,” he added. “Protective orders are meant to provide safety for individuals, families and children who are in danger. They are not meant to be used as weapons by those seeking attention or fleeting tabloid fame or some sort of personal vengeance when there are people in true and dire need of these services.”

Ezra Miller’s lawyer Marissa Elkins issued a statement of her own saying, “Frustratingly for Ezra, Guin lodged her false allegations at a time when Ezra was struggling with significant mental health issues, and was unable to come to court to defend themself against the spurious claims made by this individual.”

The last time the public heard from Ezra Miller was by way of a statement he released summer of 2022 about his personal struggles. “Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” Miller said at the time. “I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”

Last August, Ezra Miller was arrested in Vermont and charged with felony burglary over the theft of several bottles of liquor from a private home. Just like in the movies, his story keeps getting sequels.

Ezra Miller allegedly took the alcohol from the home when the owners were away. They filed a police report and surveillance videos reportedly showed enough evidence to charge Miller with the crime. At the time he pled not guilty to one count of burglary and one count of petty larceny in Vermont Superior Court and accepted the court-imposed conditions of not contacting or entering the home of the inhabitants.

Ezra Matthew Miller was born in New Jersey to a Jewish father and a Christian mother and identifies as a spiritual Jew. He began learning opera at the age of six and sang with the Metropolitan Opera. The actor identifies as non-binary – not being either male or female – and has never been married.

Ezra Miller has been accused of grooming and “brainwashing” an underage girl and then “kidnapping” her when she came of age, as well as leading his own personal cult. He was also accused of assaulting a woman in Berlin in February 2022. And a Massachusetts family received a restraining order against Ezra Miller who they say had an inappropriate relationship with their then 11-year-old son who is now 12.
