Gwyneth Paltrow apparently just can’t help herself and needs to do whatever it takes to continue to be at the center of attention, no matter how dumb or crazy it makes her look. Yes, that Gwyneth Paltrow.

While appearing on the podcast “The Art of Being Well,” the 50 year old Oscar winner hooked herself up to an IV. “I’m really embarrassing myself right here,” she said about it. “I love an IV, I’m an early IV adopter.”

Gwyneth Paltrow takes Glutathione, a substance produced naturally by the liver that helps the body with tissue building and repair and the making of chemicals and proteins needed by the body as well as in immune system functions.

She also takes Phosphatidylcholine, another substance found naturally in the body. Some people say that it can help with memory loss caused by illnesses like Alzheimer disease, but no scientific evidence confirms that this helps.

And that is not all. Gwyneth Paltrow, who looked thin and malnourished, admitted to fasting a lot.

Paltrow said in the podcast that she fasts intermittently, but at midday she will have a bowl of soup, or anything that will not cause a spike in her blood sugar saying, “I love soup … I have bone broth for a lot of the days.”

And Gwyneth Paltrow also tries to be active. She said, “I try to do one hour of movement, so I’ll go for a walk or I’ll do Pilates or I’ll do my Tracy Anderson [exercises].”

Paltrow also admitted, “I have used ozone therapy, rectally. Can I say that? It’s pretty weird. It’s pretty weird, yeah. But it’s been very helpful.”

“It’s pretty weird,” Gwyneth Paltrow admitted. “But it’s been very helpful.”
If you don’t know what that is, good for you.

Medical News Today explains that ozone therapy is a controversial alternative medicine practice that uses ozone gas to fight disease. Yes, you heard that right.

In 2019, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned against using ozone therapy. This is because there is not enough evidence to conclude that it is effective or safe for medical use.

So, what is rectal ozone therapy? You can look that one up for yourself.
