Guesty, an Israeli startup that offers a property management platform for the short-term rental and hospitality industry, has acquired two non-Israeli companies: Spanish vacation rental software company Kigo, and Australian property management software company HiRUM. The purchase prices were not revealed.
Well, Guesty has plenty of cash on hand for such purchases, whatever the price. The acquisitions come just one month after Guesty raised $170 Million in a Series E funding round. And only two weeks ago Guesty bought out YieldPlanet, a hotel-focused revenue and distribution management platform.
Guesty said that Kigo and HiRUM bring thousands of customers to Guesty, representing short-term rentals, vacation villas, apartment-hotels, and diverse hospitality listings within Europe and Australia’s thriving tourism sector. “United in a shared mission,” said the company, ”we have come together to standardize and advance the best-in-class software experience for simplifying property management and operations for PMCs and hospitality operators of all sizes, from traditional hotel listings, to holiday homes, to short-term rentals.”
