Equalum Raises $14 Million for Data Integration

Equalum

Equalum, an Israeli startup that offers data integration solutions, raised $14 million in a Series C round of financing. The round brings total investment in the company to $39 million to date.

IBM explains that Data integration tools and solutions are a group of technical and business processes designed to combine data from disparate sources into meaningful and valuable data sets. Tools such as ETL, data replication and data virtualization offer data integration solutions that extract large volumes of data from source systems and load it to an enterprise data warehouse or cloud source.

Founded in 2015 by Nir Livneh, Equalum offers an end-to-end, continuous data integration platform. The company boasts that its platform “transforms, moves and integrates your data from anywhere, in any format, in real-time.” Data across the organization is captured with “reliability, accuracy and speed from a single pane of glass. Eliminate data silos as you replicate, stream or batch ETL your data easily using Equalum’s drag and drop, no-code UI. The platform’s best in class Change Data Capture capabilities and extensive CDC library provide next-gen, real-time stream processing. Equalum offers on-prem, SaaS or hybrid deployment in addition to end to end monitoring and alerting for immediate system health diagnostics.”

“The success of an organization can more often be measured by its ability to quickly access, move and process business-critical data for a wide range of important applications,” said Guy Eilon, CEO of Equalum. “With the mission of taking data integration to the next level, this round extends our reach to a greater number of enterprises seeking a more performant, efficient solution.”

Equalum released its Continuous Data Integration Platform (CDIP) Version 3.0 in April.

At that time Guy Eilon said, “Equalum’s mission is to change the way organizations collect, transform, manipulate and synchronize data so that processing is fast and seamless in support of the most demanding data integration requirements. Version 3.0 is our latest triumph and offers exceptional performance and capabilities, making it well-suited for any size enterprise.”
