Arison co-owned the mansion in Bal Harbour with her ex-husband (2003-2009) Ofer Glazer until 2007 when he transferred exclusive ownership to her.

The property has nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms, on more than an acre of ground, with 178 feet of bay frontage, a two-story residence with a guest house, pool, and dock is situated. The recent asking price was $50 million.

According to The Real Deal, the unrecorded sale is one of the most expensive home transactions in Bal Harbour. Last July, Joseph Imbesi sold for $54.9 million three adjacent properties on Bal Bay Drive, including a beachfront property at 200 Bal Bay Drive, the former location of a yacht club.

In a separate transaction, Imbesi sold the home at 196 Bal Bay Drive and the adjacent land at 192 Bal Bay Drive to WeWork founder Adam Neumann for $43 million.

According to the real estate magazine, overall home sales in Miami-Dade County have started to go down, but the ultra-luxury market is still going strong.

The property was listed for sale with Oren Alexander of the Alexander Team at Douglas Elliman.
