Michael Dezer’s Dezer Development, in collaboration with Bentley Motors, is unveiling on Tuesday a 4 foot high, 13 foot long and 7 foot wide speed form sculpture at the Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first Bentley-branded luxury residential property.

The name of Michael Dezer is synonymous with the spirit of community and achievement. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, Michael Dezer immigrated to the United States in 1962.

In 1970, Michael founded Dezer Properties, a now prominent New York City commercial real estate company. The first developer to identify Chelsea as an up-and-coming district in New York City, Michael had the opportunity to develop a portfolio of the area’s choicest properties. Michael became instrumental in the positioning of the “New Chelsea Image,” taking it from a failing fur and manufacturing district to a hub of fashion, creative resources, multinational company headquarters and offices, and desirable loft style living spaces.

British Bentley Motors calls itself the most sought-after luxury car brand in the world. “The combination of fine craftsmanship, using skills that have been
handed down through generations, alongside engineering expertise and cutting-edge technology is unique to UK luxury car brands such as Bentley. It is also an example of high-value British manufacturing at its best.”

The Bentley speed form sculpture was designed and developed by the Bentley Designers at the company’s headquarters in Crewe, England, and is a full-scale model of the Bentley speed form, constructed of a structural steel support frame covered with a polyurethane car structure and covered in fiberglass. The fiberglass was then sanded by Bentley engineers to get the unique shape and lines in the car. The exterior body color, called Miami Bronze, is a unique shade that was mixed in the Bentley paint shop and specifically designed to come to life in the bright Miami climate whilst enhancing the form of the sculpture.

A signature of the Bentley Residences building will be Dezer Development‘s “Dezervators.” These are car elevators that can transport your car up to your apartment. Each residence comes with either three or four in-level parking spaces of its own.

The Dezervators, visible from the communal spaces, enhance the experiential sensation for residents, and offer a little theatre for the building’s visitors; seeing the cars go up and down through the glass will be magical to behold.

Dezer Development was founded in 1970 by creative and innovative real estate visionary, Michael Dezer. With the involvement of his son, Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, the company has grown to encompass unique and strategic holdings in New York, Florida, and Las Vegas over the past 45 years. Today, with just over 27 oceanfront Floridian acres, Dezer Development has arguably one of the largest holdings of beachfront property owned and developable in the state. Dezer Development’s branded real estate portfolio includes Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa and now, Bentley Residences. Generating an unprecedented response from a broad range of local, national, and international buyers, the prolific developer has successfully sold over 2,700 units and generated over $3.6 billion in sales. www.dezerdevelopment.com
