Mila Kunis and Hubby Ashton Kutcher Do Super Bowl Ad

Kunis agreed since she didn’t have to be half naked in it.

Mila Kunis Cheetos Super Bowl Commercial

Married couple Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are working together again on screen for the first time in more than a decade. The former “That 70s Show” stars reunited professionally in a new Super Bowl commercial for Cheetos. Kunis explained in an interview with Entertainment Tonight how this came about.

The adorable commercial uses Shaggy’s famous song “It Wasn’t Me.” Poor Ashton Kutcher keeps on finding out that someone in the house finished all of the Cheetos. The culprit was of course Mila Kunis. But when asked by her husband about it she just answers, “It wasn’t me.”

Mila Kunis had never before agreed to do such an ad because the producers always wanted her to be half naked in them. “Every time I’ve ever been offered a Super Bowl ad it’s always a female having to be scantily clad,” she explained. But not this time.

“It’s so silly! Ashton and I, we never work together. I mean, I know we worked together before…And in the midst of quarantine, they sent us this ad to do and every time I’ve ever been offered a Super Bowl ad it’s always a female having to be scantily clad,” Kunis explained to Entertainment Tonight. “And this one comes around, I started laughing so hard and Ashton was like, ‘This is kind of funny.’ And I was like, ‘We should do it!'”

And apparently getting a bit stir crazy from home isolation due to Covid-19 also played a part in their decision to do the commercial. Kunis described being stuck at home with their children for more than nine months. Making the commercial gave them a much needed break for a few days. “And I hate saying it but we were like, ‘Freedom!’…It was amazing!,” she said.

“I love my children so very much! So, so much!” added Kunis. “Never been so excited to wake up at five in the morning to be like, ‘I’m going to work!’ And I literally skipped out of the house. My kids were like, ‘You’re abandoning us!’ And I was like, ‘Relax.'”

Mila Kunis can next be seen in the upcoming comedy “Breaking News in Yuba County.” Co-starring Oscar winner Allison Janney, the movie is about a suburban wife whose husband goes missing. So she embarks on a city-wide search in Yuba County to find him.
