Ivanka Trump Paid $1.4 Million in 2020 by Trump’s D.C. Hotel

Ivanka and Jared Kushner Made More Than $120 Million in the Covid-19 Ridden Year.

The now former first daughter Ivanka Trump reportedly earned $1.4 million in Covid ridden 2020 from daddy Donald Trump’s Washington D.C. hotel named Trump International Hotel Washington D.C. The Daily Mail revealed this news based on new financial disclosures made by Ivanka. And hubby Jared Kushner didn’t do so bad for himself last year either.

The now former power couple is said to have earned more than $120 million in 2020. And this at a time when most Americans suffered financially due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The political watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) obtained the final financial disclosure that the couple was required to make under Federal law as White House staffers.

The duo reported earning between $23,791,645 and $120,676,949 in combined outside income in their final financial disclosure reports. That is down from the $36,151,214 and $157,020,085 in outside income which they earned in 2019. So the couple did suffer like the rest of the world during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Trump International Hotel Washington D.C. has been a source of controversy since Donald Trump was first elected President. This is because the hotel is located in the historic Old Post Office building that the Trump Organization renovated, and leases from the Federal government.

Charles Kushner son and daughter in law Ivanka Trump

In December Ivanka Trump was forced to answer questions under oath over the allegation that she was involved in deliberately overpaying the hotel for services when it hosted Donald Trump inaugural events when he first took office in 2017.

A deposition was held as part of an investigation stemming from charges made in January by the Washington, D.C., attorney general’s office claiming that in 2017 the Presidential Inauguration Committee (PIC) misused more than $1 million of its funding. A civil suit brought by local authorities over the matter centers on claims that the committee willfully paid exorbitant fees to the President’s own Trump International Hotel. Ivanka served on the PIC.

Jared Kushner’s financial disclosure report revealed that he never divested himself from the real estate technology company Cadre. This sparked a controversy over possible conflicts of interest with his job as a senior advisor to the President of the United States due to concerns over the company’s international business dealings.

Neither Jared nor Ivanka was received a Presidential pardon for any possible charges that might arise from their activities. This means that they can both be prosecuted by Federal authorities if any evidence of illegalities they may have committed are uncovered.

Jared is said to be having business problems because many people just don’t want to be connected too closely with him these days.

And the duo has already suffered socially due to their connection with Donald Trump. They seem to have fled New York for good, moving to Florida. And the super-rich community where they bought a home for more than $30 million is said to not want them in their exclusive local club.

As for Ivanka Trump, she has been uncharacteristically silent on social media since daddy left office.
