Dr. Liu Zhiming, the director of Wuchang Hospital, reportedly died of the Coronavirus today, according to Chines media.
Dr. Zhiming is the first hospital head to ‘sacrifice’ in the fight against the Coronavirus, said Red Star News.

One doctor at the Hospital told the Red Star News, that he was saddened by Dr Liu’s death. Another said he had always been a healthy man and that he was surprised by the news.
In the same hospital, last Friday, Liu Fan, a 59-year-old nurse, died after allegedly failing to get a hazmat suit due to a lack of medical supplies.
