Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has reportedly turned down the chance to sign Neymar despite the club owner Roman Abramovich agreeing a world record fee £155.5 million with Barcelona. The verbal agreement with the La Liga giants to sign Neymar is now doomed.

Conte doesn’t believe Neymar would suit his style of play. He also would prefer to cut back his team down first before bringing in any new selectee.

Tuttosport reports that Abramovich may have accepted Conte’s decision as he is wish to keep hold of the Italian manager.
