Ari Emanuel

Ari Emanuel, the high powered Hollywood agent whose story was the basis for the hit TV show “Entourage, ” may have helped Donald Trump win the election. The brother of Chicago Mayor and Clinton supporter Rahm Emanuel was Donald Trump’s agent when the show was on the air.

According to a report in The Daily Beast, four different sources confirmed that people from Hillary Clinton’s campaign reached out to Emanuel in the last ten days before the elections in an attempt to get him to release never aired tapes of Donald Trump from behind the scenes of The Miss Universe Pagent. It was hoped that such recordings would reveal Donald Trump’s negative behavior, but Rahm Emanuel spurned all attempts to acquire the material.

Rahm Emanuel currently owns the Miss Universe Organization, which he bought from Trump in 2015. While a long time Democrat and donor to Democratic campaigns, the 55 year old did not support either candidate during the 2016 elections. Emanuel is said to be a close friend of Donald Trump and even had a private meeting with the President Elect just days after the election.
