Swan was reported to be moving over to 3311 Productions. He had not been with Relativity for long. He was brought in by Dana Brunetti, the President of Relativity’s film division.
Brunetti said of Carter Swan, “Carter was offered a great opportunity with a position to advance his career, which I always encourage. Like me, he started as an assistant and was prepared to take opportunities as they arose to further himself.”

Maybe Swan left Relativity because of all of the turmoil there. The company is just getting gout of bankruptcy and is being sued for billions by Netflix.
