Debra Messing has been blaming Susan Sarandon, among others, for Donald Trump’s victory. Sarandon had publicly endorsed Jill Stein, the Green Party candidate for President, saying that there was no difference between Clinton and Trump.
Well considering how close the election was and that Donald Trump carried a number of battle grounds states with less than 50% of the vote, the argument could be made that people like Sarandon helped to elect Trump.
