The two were arrested just three weeks after their cousin Kendel Felix was convicted for his part in the murder. Kendel claimed that they just intended to scare Stark when they kidnapped him in order to get Menachem to give them money. He told prosecutors, “I’m scared s—less because this wasn’t supposed to happen, ” and blamed the whole think on his cousin Erskin.

Kendel Felix’s sentencing was delayed from earlier this week until November 25 for unknown reasons.

Menachem Stark was murdered back on January 2, 2014, after he was first kidnapped from in front of his office in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. The sick killers burned his body and left it in a Long Island garbage dumpster.

The 39 year old Menachem Stark left behind a wife and seven children.
