David Dubin jumps to Elliman after 12 years at Corcoran

Agent has represented celebs such as David Geffen and Judge Judy

David Dubin, right-hand man to top Corcoran Group broker Deborah Grubman, has departed for Elliman after 12 years with the company.

Dubin, who has done deals with the likes of David Geffen, Kent Swig and Judge Judy, will join Elliman’s Alexander team, headed by brothers Tal and Oren Alexander. He will be based out of the firm’s office at 485 Madison Avenue.

His jump to Elliman sprung from a desire to do both resales and new development sales, he said — at Elliman, brokers are encouraged to do both, while Corcoran’s new development business is typically handled by Corcoran Sunshine through full-time on-site brokers.

A spokesperson for Corcoran was not immediately available for comment…
