The Charity Network will all three platforms: Chideo, which Wagner founded in 2014, Charitybuzz, and Prizeo, both of which Wagner acquired in 2015, as part of his ongoing mission to centralize and modernize the charitable giving space.

Chideo, Charitybuzz, and Prizeo will continue to serve as consumer-facing platforms, while the Charity Network will serve as the parent company overseeing topline strategy for fundraising campaigns.

With each organization working in partnership toward a common goal, the Charity Network will provide a one-stop shop for brands, celebrities, and nonprofits launching fundraising and awareness campaigns. Each platform within the Charity Network is already an established leader in its own field: Charitybuzz in online charity auctions, Prizeo in sweepstakes and experiences, and Chideo in cause and entertainment content. Now the three fundraising giants will work together to offer an unparalleled and customizable “menu” of resources to raise funds and awareness for charity.

“It’s time to disrupt traditional fundraising models and the launch of the Charity Network highlights our approach to moving charity from analog to digital, ” explains the Charity Network Founder and Chairman Todd Wagner. “I’m thrilled that Chideo, Charitybuzz, and Prizeo will now work together to build the most comprehensive and strategic campaigns possible. As a Network, we are excited to harness the power of celebrity, technology, and media to raise awareness and funds for some of the world’s toughest challenges.”

The Charity Network’s fundraising and awareness campaigns will be amplified by a network of syndicated partners including: Sinclair Broadcasting Group, Tribune Company, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Delta and Virgin America Airlines, Twitter, Facebook, and a growing roster of others. The wide range of partners will allow the network and its campaigns to reach a diverse group of global donors from millennials to baby boomers via online and on-air.

The combination of these three platforms provides Wagner a unique opportunity to bring together some of the greatest minds in the digital charity landscape to form a new consulting team called CN Solutions. CN Solutions is a team of experts strategizing on the full range of Charity Network offerings to create a complete solution matched to the client’s needs.

Wagner helped pioneer the streaming media landscape in the late 90s as CEO of Broadcast.com and pushed the boundaries in the film industry in 2006 through his 2929 Entertainment properties with day-and-date movie releases. Today, he looks to adopt that same disruptive mentality and apply it to the cause arena. This most recent venture is a combination of the tent poles of his career, his entrepreneurial spirit, unique digital and media background and a substantial commitment to philanthropy.
