Dreaded terror group Islamic State has released a new propaganda video threatening Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey that they will have to face the consequences for combating terrorism on their platforms.

The video, posted on an Islamic State channel, asked the two CEOs to stop suspending the accounts of supporters of the extremist group.

The video, titled ‘Flames of the Supporters’, was uploaded by a cell called ‘Sons of the Caliphate Army’, which emerged after British ISIS operative and hacker Junaid Hussain was killed by a US drone strike last year.

“To Mark and Jack, founders of Twitter and Facebook and to their Crusader government, you announce daily that you suspended many of our accounts and to you we say: Is that all you can do?” the typed message in the 25-minute long video reads.

“If you close down one account, we will take 10 in return and soon your names will be erased, ” it further reads.

The video also showed hackers changing profile accounts and posting ISIS propaganda.

ISIS footage claimed that their experts hacked more than 10, 000 Facebook accounts, more than 150 Facebook groups and more than 5, 000 Twitter profiles. “Many of these accounts have been given to supporters, ” the video said.

The footage also shows pictures of the CEOs being blasted with a hail of bullets.

Both Facebook and Twitter have taken strict action in recent months by suspending accounts linked to Islamic State. Earlier this month, Twitter had announced shutting down of more than 125, 000 terror-related accounts since the mid-2015.

ISIS use social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter extensively to spread propaganda, to attract and train new recruits.
