The Islamic State has released what appears to be a new propaganda video, praising the Paris attacks and threatening to launch an attack ןn Washington,  and other countries involved in the international coalition bombing its militant strongholds in Syria and Iraq.

The video begins with some news from Friday’s attacks in Paris that killed at least 129 people,  showing president Francois Hollande speaking and police operations.
