The Odd couple Gabi Grecko and Geoffrey Edelsten confirm divorce

Gabi Grecko admits working in close proximity with husband Geoffrey Edelsten

In a dramatic step on Tuesday, 26-years-old model and DJ Gabi Grecko spoke to Daily Mail Australia from New York and said, not for the first time, that she is about to file for divorce from her  husband, Geoffrey Edelsten over his explosive autobiography Enigma.

Last week the 72-year-old entrepreneur begged his wife, of just four months,  to take him back, but it seems his pleas fell on deaf ears.

‘There are no grounds for Gabi to be upset, ” Geoff declare about her actions. “A ghost writer and editor made it [the book] more salacious and a lot of the sexual antics described didn’t occur… It was made up to sell more copies of the book… I don’t know why Gabi is so upset, it all happened way before her time – and a lot of it isn’t true.”

Gabi claims also that her husband is in love with his secretary: ‘He chose her over me… He said he would rather keep her than be married to me. I just had to say enough is enough he will never understand or care if I’m hurt.’

Geoffrey denied these allegations, explaining: ‘There is no truth about my secretary. She has been with me for twelve years and is an excellent PA and Gabi wanted me to fire her because they don’t see eye-to-eye – I’m not going to do that.’

Gabi now insists she’ll never return to Australia and wants to stay in New York, according to the australian media.
