Refaeli planned to have five drones, two helicopters and a hot air balloon for both photography and security in the Carmel forest resort in northern Israel.
The drones were apparently for photography, while at least one of the helicopters was intended to bring the couple to the wedding, Haaretz newspaper reported.
Refaeli’s fiancé, Ezra, is the heir to giant Israeli food importing company Neto ME Holdings, Ltd. She has previously said that she wants to raise a big Jewish family with him.
The 30-year-old model, previously dated actor Leonardo DiCaprio, was raised controversy in Israel at the age of 18 by not carrying out her two years of mandatory military service.
