Apple plans to announce an Apple TV in September

A new Apple TV could finally be on the way. At BuzzFeed News, Apple plans to announce an overhauled Apple TV in September, likely during a similar event that it’ll unveil new iPhones.

The new Apple TV is meant to bring some major changes to the device, as well as an App Store, voice control with Siri, and an improved remote with slightly pad on that.

The box itself is supposed to be slimmer, and it ought to have some speed improvements on the within. It might mark the first update to the Apple TV since 2012.

If all those expected new options sound familiar, it’s as a result of BuzzFeed News reported most of them back within the spring. At the time, Apple was reportedly aiming to unveil the new Apple TV in June, but its postponed.

Now, when creating changes to form the device “more polished, ” it’s apparently once more headed toward an announcement. Notably, Apple is not believed to be ready to discuss the TV streaming service that it’s said to be working on. As other reports have declared, that effort is likely delayed by the necessity for a lot of deals with networks.
