easyJet to fly Tel Aviv-Amsterdam route from October

easyJet will operate the Low-cost airline route four days a week.

Low-cost airline EasyJet announced today that it will operate its tenth route from Tel Aviv, offering a direct flight to Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport. Tickets are on sale as of today. The airline says it will operate the route four times a week all year round , on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The first flight is scheduled to depart on October 26.  The prices for one-way fares from Tel Aviv to Amsterdam start from €48.49 ($55), including taxes, and from Amsterdam to Tel Aviv from €46.47 ($52). If you wish to compare prices with El Al – The lowest fare on website for late October is currently $212.36.

The Netherlands’ Ambassador to Israel Caspar Veldkamp commented on easyJet’s new route to Amsterdam, “The Netherlands is a hub for trade, investment and tourism, and Amsterdam a modern metropolis full of creativity, innovation and cultural and historical highlights. This connection will provide yet another boost to our strong ties.”
