Well it looks like the owner of the NBA’s Houston Rockets, leslie Alexander, has found something to buy with the $50 million which he hopes to eventually get for his Gramercy apartment in Manhattan which was listed last month. Alexander comforted himself after the Rockets failure to make it to the NBA finals by spending $20.6 million on a condo at the Baccarat Hotel & Residences at 20 W. 53rd St.
Located on the building’s 44th floor, the apartment has 4, 545 square feet. Alexander will enjoy all of the hotel and residences’ guest amenities.
