Gwyneth’s Glow comes from Sex, she tells Women’s Health Magazine.

Does Gwyneth Paltrow owe her good looks after 40 and 2 kids to sex? That’s what she has told Women’s Health Magazine.

The Oscar winning actress is the subject of the publications’ cover story this month.

As she explained, “I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself. My routine is the same every weekday. I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio, then I go to work.”

Women might be interested in knowing your secrets Gwinny, but we men sure as hell do not care. We just like what we see.

What about her diet? Paltrow said that. “For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I’ll have whatever I want. Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes, ‘ she detailed about her meals.”

“My food philosophy is: Nothing should be ruled out. I don’t believe in saying, ‘You’re not allowed that.’ If my kids want a Shirley Temple with the radioactive cherry in it, go for it, you know?” added Paltrow.
