Israel’s Jerusalem Economy Ltd has sold the Woodbine Mall property located at 500 Rexdale Blvd in Toronto Canada for $96 million (C$120 million.) The company said that the proceeds from the sale will be used to pay off a loan, Globes has reported.
Eliezer Fishman, who is the controlling shareholder in Globes, also controls Jerusalem Economy.

Located in the Rexdale area of Toronto across from Woodbine Racetrack, the two level shopping center is home to a Target store, a Sears and a Hudson’s Bay. Opened in 1985 the mall has more than 130 stores.
Woodbine Mall is also home to the Fantasy Fair year round amusement park. It is Ontario’s largest indoor amusement park and has served over eight million guests since first opening in 1985.
