Soothe’s Merlin Kauffman Takes Aches and Pains Out of Booking a Massage

Soothe makes the perfect massage available with the touch of a button

Soothe

The average customer who wants a massage to remove the aches and pains caused by every day stress no longer has to wait for an appointment days ahead of time. Thanks to an on-demand  and online massage service, Soothe, comfort may be just an hour away. Soothe, founded by Merlin Kauffman, has eliminated the frustrating delays. He told San Diego Jewish News, “We have made it super convenient for a person to book a spa quality massage via their mobile phone or computer with as little as 60 minutes advance notice.”

Merlin Kaufmann started working at American Online at the tender age of 11, and when he was 17, started buying up domain names. Soothe was one of his purchases, and the concept seemed like a winner. Who wouldn’t want to have a professional massage therapist travel to a home, office or hotel at a moment’s notice, and give a Swedish, deep tissue, sports or couples massages, for $99 to $169, depending on the amount of time the massage takes? The five star service is giving regular spas a run for their money, and is a boon to massage therapists who want to market their own services.
