The co-founder of Beats Jimmy Iovine just bought a Malibu mansion for $60 million. He can certainly afford it with the billion plus he got for selling beats to Apple last year.
Television producer Marcy Carsey, who is known for The Cosby Show and Roseanne, sold him the property in an off market deal. She bought it from Richard Gere in 2000 for $10 million. That’s a 600% profit in less than 15 years.
