Stella McCartney wasn’t kidding when she said she wanted her fashion and fragrance ads and imaging to project strength, and for the beauty to come from within instead of being overly sexual, Bustle.com said.
The Stella McCartney Spring/Summer 2015 ads feature fair-skinned and blue-eyed blonde model Natalia Vodianova with a “no makeup” look and metallic McCartney bags. The images ooze confidence with a minimum of flesh being flashed, the report said.

Shot seaside in Ibiza, it’s the model’s seventh time as the face of the McCartney house. While Vodianova is a veteran of the circuit, the shoot’s photographer, London-based Harley Weir, was a rookie, Women’s Wear Daily said.
McCartney recently dished on her issues with the beauty and fashion industry, noting that she doesn’t want blank or vapid models strutting on her runways. Her latest ads fall flawlessly in line with the standards she has set forth and her strong viewpoint, the website said.
Her signature and much coveted Falabella bags, with their chain strap detail and their DNA distinct shape, are prominently displayed in different sizes and finishes, while the locale brings up thoughts of the summer, the website said.
The ads will run as six images in a single page and double page spreads, breaking in March issues of major fashion titles. There is also a mood film featuring Paul McCartney’s 1971 song “Ram On” to accompany the still images, Women’s Wear Daily said.
