Lenny Kravitz is going to the Super Bowl. Katy Perry has announced that he will be one of her “guests” for the halftime show at the big game in February.
There is no word yet whether the son of Jewish television producer Sy Kravitz will play his biggest hit “American Woman.”
NBC will broadcast America’s biggest sporting event this year and so it chose yesterday’s New England/Baltimore game to make the announcement. Perry told the network’s Willie Geist, My first special guest is going to be an incredible rock ‘n’ roll icon, a guitar god.”
The Super Bowl will be played in Arizona this year at University of Phoenix Stadium on Feb. 1.
