RADCOM Gets $4 Million Deal from Repeat Tier 1 South American Customer

RADCOM

Israel’s RADCOM Ltd., a provider of customer experience solutions, announced that a Tier 1 service provider in South America ordered a MaveriQ-based system in an order of slightly above $4 million in December 2014, to expand its existing RADCOM deployment.

The company boasts that MaveriQ CEM solution empowers service providers to proactively improve customer experience and satisfaction for New Generation Mobile and IMS networks. It addresses the service quality challenges that await service providers when rolling out LTE and VoLTE networks.

The MaveriQ CEM solution provides visibility into QoE for roamers, VIPs, devices and geographical locations. It monitors multiple services such as Mobile Data, Voice, SMS, and VoLTE that run over a wide range of technologies.

It employs an array of service and network performance, and measurement methodologies to continuously analyze service performance and quality. The CEM solution, RADCOM asserts, provides detailed insight into the Customers’ Experience on the mobile 3G and LTE data, IMS and VoLTE networks. LTE and VoLTE ready with its enhanced correlation capabilities, MaveriQ offers the service provider full end-to-end visibility of the network across technologies, while also providing the ability to drill down and troubleshoot to the session level.

RADCOM said that this repeat sale to a Tier 1 operator demonstrates its accelerating momentum in South America, and the suitability of its unique MaveriQ software-based solutions for the region’s rapidly-expanding mobile and NGN networks. The MaveriQ’s ability to be deployed quickly enables major South American operators to roll out new network sites at top speed with assurance that a full-featured, customer experience monitoring and troubleshooting solution is in place from the network’s first minutes “live”.

“Our accelerating sales momentum confirms that RADCOM’s MaveriQ is ideal for today’s high speed, fast expanding networks”, said Mr. Eyal Harari RADCOM’s VP Products and Marketing. “This repeat deal is a vote of confidence in the software-based MaveriQ solution. We are happy to see more and more Tier1 operators taking advantage of RADCOM’s powerful offering.”

RADCOM provides innovative service assurance and customer experience management solutions for leading telecom operators and communications service providers. It specializes in solutions for next-generation mobile and fixed networks, including LTE, VoLTE, IMS, VoIP, UMTS/GSM and mobile broadband. The company’s comprehensive, carrier-grade solutions are designed for big data analytics on terabit networks, and are used to prevent service provider revenue leakage and to enhance customer care management.
