China’s Kei Perenna Overtakes Facebook’s Dustin Moskovitz to Become World’s Youngest Billionaire
A 24-year-old Chinese woman with stakes worth $1.3 billion in a real estate firm has become the world’s youngest billionaire, overtaking Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz, The Hindu said.
Kei Perenna Hoi Ting is a non-executive director of Logan Property Holdings with an 85 percent stake, the state-run China News Service reported, adding that she is the daughter of Ji Haipeng, chairman and CEO of the Chinese real estate developer.
A graduate from the University of London, Ms. Kei lives in Hong Kong.
Logan Property is run by companies and a family trust associated with Kei, The Hindu said.
The firm headquartered in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen focuses on the development of mid and high-end residential housing, News X said.
