Game Maker David Jaffe Teases with Tweets

David Jaffe

God of War fans are excited, perhaps a bit infuriated, but will find relief when David Jaffe stops teasing them already and releases the new game. Some game of Jaffe’s has been made or is in the making, given a teaser video released a few weeks ago and the indication that he has signed a contract with Sony. But whether it is a sequel to God of War or something else is anyone’s guess.

As reported by VG 24/7, David Jaffe has been pulling legs on his Twitter feed, and some even call it trolling.  At first, Jaffe tweeted about a new God of War game, but put a tweet directly after it with a “punchline” about helping his son build an ice sculpture. There are no comments in between, so it reads, ‘Fuck, it’s less than a week away and I’m allowed to confirm it anyway at this point: We ARE making a new God of War (next tweet) inspired ice sculpture for my kid’s birthday party!!! Kratos ice sculpt is so going t rock!!!!!”

There seems to be a next game, and it might or might not be God of War. Pretty soon, the teasing will be over and we will find out.
