Kelly Bensimon Flies Coach Just Like The Rest of Us

Kelly Bensimon

Sometimes even celebrities have to fly coach for the holidays. Former Real Housewives of New York City star and model Kelly Killoren Bensimon posted a picture of herself on Instagram waiting for her Thanksgiving flight.

Bensimon reportedly had to fly in a middle seat on a Delta flight to New York’s LaGuardia Airport.

OK, so maybe Bensimon does not qualify for the status of a genuine celebrity, but the 46 year old ex-wife of famed French fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon has certainly not lost any of her good looks. And she’s smart too with a degree in literature from Columbia University. Bensimon is also currently working on her MBA from Northeastern University.

In the picture she can be seen waiting for her flight with her legs resting on a red suitcase. Bensimon is sipping a coffee in what is clearly a posed shot in which she wears tight fitting leather pants.

The mother of two wore the same pants while standing on the sidelines of Monday’s game in Detroit where she got to see her jets trounced by the Buffalo Bills. The game had been delayed and moved from Buffalo due to a blizzard in that city.

Bensimon once famously said in an interview, “I believe that your body is a Ferrari––and I treat my body like a Ferrari.”

From the looks of her recent pics she certainly practices what she preaches.
