Fiancee of Apprentice Star Dan Lassman Says Stop Spending

Forget the song “Hey Big Spender, ” Sophie Stoll, fiancee of pub quiz business owner turned British Apprentice star Dan Lassman wants him to lock up his wallet. On the show, Lassman is trying to get a huge investment from Lord Sugar expand his company, but he’s spending almost more than he’s asking, according to the Daily Mail.

Sophie told the papers that he has spent enormous amounts on parties with expensive champagne, then gets drunk and calls other people on the show “a bunch of tossers.” He has received hate mail for his comments on the program, and brushes it off with, “I‘m a wind up. Occasionally I go to far and upset my family and friends with my practical jokes.”

He just bought a pricey Ferrari, and while most brides to be would dream of a huge wedding, it is Dan that has the extravagant plans. At first, they agreed on a modest ceremony in Italy, and now it is going to be a lavish affair at the Four Seasons.

“He’s got an addictive personality. Once he starts, he can’t stop ....he needs to stop at a point before he spends all we’ve got.”
