Yael and her husband “Scooter” Braun discussed the secret to their passion: teamwork. The two did an interview for Fast Company’s Power Couples series in which Yael, visibly pregnant, hinted at their growing family and what drives their passion for success. Yael Braun is the CEO of Fuck Cancer and founder of Stand With. She said her own mother’s battle with the disease inspired her to help others. Yael said her mother had a support system of family and “I couldn’t imagine anyone going it alone” with the “emotional compromises” required in her battle for survival.

Scott “Scooter” Braun, most notable for managing the career of Justin Bieber , and with two record labels under his belt, “School Boy Records ” and Raymond-Braun Media Group, says growing up in privilege as the descendant of Holocaust survivors inspired him to want to give something back. He encouraged viewers to cultivate the quality of selfishness in the sense that the ultimate joy is giving back.

What makes their marriage and their projects work, “We are a team, ” Yael said “I won the lottery when I married her, ” said Scooter. There is one catch.
