Daring Durst Gets Arrest Warrant for Skipping Court

Deliberations Resume In Durst Trial

Robert Durst has done it again, and this time, he didn’t even show up to make a scandal. After urinating in a cash register at CVS in Houston (well at least he paid for his prescription first), and had a restraining order placed on him by his estranged brother, Douglas Durst, the real estate millionaire did not come to court. Douglas Durst claims Robert violated a restraining order placed on him when he stared in the surveillance camera in Douglas’ apartment building on West 43rd Street in Manhattan. Robert’s lawyer said he had a medical issue that accounted for his absence. The arrest warrant means that Durst could be jailed if caught on another offense, and given his antics in the past, that may be likely. However, the warrant will likely be dropped if Durst shows up at his pre-trial hearing in November.
