The first joke about Scotland’s vote to succeed showed a ballot that contained the simple question, “Should Scotland be an independent country?” Kimmel noted that it was odd an entire country can succeed just with one question and by ticking a box. The audience reaction earned that joke an 8 out of 10 rating.

Then Kimmel remarked that an American was swimming to meet Kim Jong Un, but had to dodge the hundreds of people who were trying to swim away. Adding a Dennis Rodman remark gave what would have been a 6 joke a rating of 7.

Then came the stunts. An extremely skimpy piece of fabric called a Sea String is the newest in near nude swimsuits for men and women. He asked random people on the street if they would model one on television. There was one enthusiastic participant, Goodman gave that prank a 9.

A series of pranks Kimmel’s cousin Sal did on Home Delivery people ended up with the faux attempted kidnapping of a pizza guy. Kimmel got a 10 for that one.
