Miki Naftali’s real estate firm Naftali Group has revealed renderings for its new project at 210 West 77th Street in Manhattan (see full image below).

Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen the luxury condominium building 210 West 77th Street, located between Amsterdam Ave and Broadway, will rise 18 stories above the Upper West Side, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Manhattan. It will have 25 half and full floor residences that will range from three to five bedrooms and all will feature balconies accessed through floor to ceiling mahogany French doors. The interiors will be defined with clean lines, open spaces and the warmth of beautiful natural materials found in Danish modernism.
