Built ten years ago, 1326 Sixth Ave has 700, 000 square feet of office space spread out over 34 floors. It has entrances on both 53rd and 54th streets. The 40 story glass and granite building provides 24 hour, seven day per week access with complete security, a live piano player in the lobby, and a beautifully landscaped public atrium connecting West 53rd and West 54th Streets.

Its business center is located on the 27th and 28th floors occupying 45, 000 square feet and it provides various dynamic city views. It features five conference rooms, two reception areas, two kitchens, a cafeteria, and a mail services room. The business center is also wired with category 5 cabling for T1 Internet access and for assured telecommunication services.

Edelman’s latest advertising campaign features the voluptuous super model Kate Upton wearing nothing but a sheet and holding one of their high heel shoes. Upton was one of the many famous women who recently had nude pictures of herself published on line by a nefarious hacker.
