The 44 year old, former star of The Real Housewives of New York, who is rumored to be in talks to rejoin the show, might be looking to move because she is said to be considering getting remarried. She has been engaged in a bitter divorce from her current husband Jason Hoppy for the last two years. When that divorce is finalized she is said to want to marry her current boyfriend financier Michael “Mac” Cerussi.

She may be interested in a three bedroom, four bathroom, condo apartment on the fifth floor of 444 West 19th Street. The unit has an elevator which opens inside of it, hardwood floors and three outdoor terraces. It also has floor to ceiling windows.

Its bathroom has double showers instead of a tub, as is the case in all of the building’s units.

444 West 19th Street, situated between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, is also known as The Chelsea Club, which is a full-service luxury boutique condominium apartment building. It is a glass clad building with stainless steel columns.

Residents can enjoy such amenities as a gym and a roof deck which boasts incredible views and ample lounge areas. Its gorgeous lobby is decorated with contemporary art from local galleries that mirror its location. Each apartment also comes with a ground floor storage space.

There is a two story high lobby, and the elevators are leather-clad with plasma screen televisions inside.

It has a total of 42 units over 12 stories. There is, of course, a doorman, as well as parking.

One listing describes it as follows: “Modern luxury abounds in this High Line District sanctuary, close to West Chelsea’s best restaurants, art galleries, retail stores, parks, and fitness facilities.”

It was built in 2004 and designed by Karl Fischer Architects.

While no price was mentioned for the apartment that Frankel looked at, Street Easy says that the average price for units currently listed in the building comes to $1, 775 per square foot. Rentals there average $88 per square foot. A two bedroom apartment in it is in contract for $2.475 million.
