It has also just introduced a new service called South Aid to help Israelis living in the war stricken southern part of that country.

Wispa allows users to browse through thousands of items that are usually buried deep inside their social networks. They can search by category, proximity, price and many other filter options. The brand tells its users that they can find the things they love and start communicating with the seller directly using their preferred social networks.

Just about any item is available for sale through the service and Wispa says that thousands more are added every day.

Wispa will notify you in real-time when an item you have been looking for appears on the social-sphere via a push notification. In addition, with a single tap, you can upload a photo of what you want to sell and immediately spread it to all your relevant social networks.

The company proclaims that: “Selling online has never been easier. Simply upload photos of what you want to sell, write a short description, and Wispa will take your ad and publish it. Wispa does all the heavy lifting for you!”

The new South Aid service offers to help Israelis living in the area of that country known as “Otef Aza” (surrounding Gaza) who are suffering from rockets hitting their communities on a daily basis find places in safer areas to which they can relocate. Israelis who wish to host their fellow citizens can post their information. The service will also help in collecting and delivering packages to families in the south of Israel.

“Wispa is a totally new and different buying and selling platform for people who understand the true power of social networks, ” commented Netanel Teicher, CEO of Pair App Ltd. “Users can find exactly what they are looking for, apartments, cars, phones and other gadgets, the moment they are posted on social networks- and all from the comfort and convenience of their mobile device!”

The Wispa 1.1.04 is currently only available for iPhone and it is free.
