Two Sigma is expanding on the 60, 000 square feet in the building that it leased only last year to give it a total of 107, 000 square feet of space. The firm will now hold spaces on the building’s 15th and 17th floors, and pay more than $70 per square foot in rent. This will be in addition to the space it already had on the 20th and 23d floors.
Located in lower Manhattan, near Canal Street, the 23 story tower at 101 Sixth Avenue has a total of 435, 000 square feet of office space for rent.
