Julianna Margulies
“ER” alum Julianna Margulies and her show, “The Good Wife, ” have been dominating the Emmy nominations for years now. While the show itself has been snubbed this year, Margulies is once again on the Lead Actress in a Drama nominations list, and, as ever, considered a very strong contender. Her role as attorney Alicia Florrick has earned her an Emmy, a Golden Globe, a Critics’ Choice award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards, as well as two additional Emmy nominations, in 2010 & 2012.
Biggest competition: First time nominee Lizzy Caplan.
