Palram Europ Ltd., a manufacturer of do-it-yourself (DIY) products including greenhouses, storage and patio covers, signed a NIS 100 million-shekel contract with Germany’s Praktiker Group, a leader in the European home-improvement sector.
Under the three-year agreement, Palram will supply DIY products to more than 300 of Praktiker’s stores in Germany and Luxembourg.
“This is a strategic move that will expand and increase Palram’s grip in Central Europe in general and in the DIY market specifically, ” said Arnon Eshed, chief executive officer of Palram Industries Ltd., the Ramat-Yohanan, Israel-based parent company of Palram Applications.
