Sylvester Stallone’s Jewish Mom Forced him to Become a Hairdresser

Sylvester Stallone and His Family Are Guests of Honor at A Dinner to Celebrate the 9th Annual Acapulco Film Festival

How do you end up with a movie star forever looking to macho-compensate for a warped sense of male identity? It’s easy – you ask his Jewish Mom to do a job on him.

Jackie Stallone, 92, whose family immigrated from the Ukraine, has told the Daily Star that she forced her now 68-year-old body building, boxing, Ramboing son to work as a hairdresser in her salon.

Jackie, who later became a renowned astrologer, often spoke about her grandmother Rose, who came America in the late 1800s.

Mrs. Stallone admitted her son hated the job. She only made him do it because his teachers said he was not very bright. They actually labeled him “dim.”

In retaliation, Stallone used nail polish remover instead of shampoo, which turned one of his customer’s blonde hair to green.

And so it went.
