British Rising Star Joe Blackmore Inks Two-Year Deal with Israel – Premier Tech

 Promising cyclist Joe Blackmore aims for success at mountain and road World Championship.

British cycling prodigy Joe Blackmore has signed a two-year contract with the Israel – Premier Tech (IPT) professional cycling team, propelling him to the next stage of his burgeoning career. The 21-year-old phenom has impressed with a string of victories, securing his place on the prestigious roster for the 2025 and 2026 seasons.

Blackmore’s meteoric rise has seen him conquer major events in a short period. He recently triumphed in the prestigious U23 edition of Liège – Bastogne – Liège, adding to his impressive General Classification titles at the Tour du Rwanda, Tour de Taiwan, and Circuit des Ardennes.

His talent shone brightly during his debut year in 2024 with IPT’s development team, Israel – Premier Tech Academy. Blackmore dominated three stage races, showcasing his raw potential and earning him the promotion to the professional squad.

“I’ve loved my time with the team so far,” Blackmore remarked, expressing his delight at the opportunity. “Winning early was a surprise – I didn’t expect such victories, but one win feeds another.”

IPT owner Sylvan Adams lauded Blackmore’s rapid learning curve and competitive spirit. “Joe is a quick learner with a fearless mentality.
