DarioHealth Corp. an Israeli-American medtech firm working in the global digital therapeutics (DTx) market, acquired Twill, which offers a software-enabled healthcare platform, for $10 million. The companies said the merger will create the” most comprehensive and engaging digital health platform to provide best-in-class support for mental well-being, maternal health, and the costliest chronic conditions.”

Dario and Twill share experience building clinically-driven solutions that address a wide range of physical and mental health needs.

Founded in 2011, DarioHealth is a digital therapeutics (DTx) company helping how people with chronic conditions manage their health through a user-centric multi-chronic condition platform. Its platform and suite of solutions deliver personalized and dynamic interventions driven by data analytics and one-on-one coaching for diabetes, hypertension, weight management, musculoskeletal pain, and behavioral health.
